Blake is a hardworking, knowledgeable professional with skills in multiple areas. He took the door I had purchased at Builder's Surplus and made it work- even though the door was totally flawed where the hardware cut-out holes were located. He installed my pre-hung door, re-trimmed and re-molded and caulked the new install.

Matt was able to quickly determine the issues for my door issues and provide the remedy for 3 sets of doors in a short amount of time. He explained what was causing the issue and explained how he was going to repair them. He even went out of his way to insert some longer screws to fortify the structure of the doors. He was also to caulk some areas while he was at my home as well. 5 stars for sure! I plan to have Matt do work for me in the near future!!!

Holley DID NOT complete job as requested. I have conversation texts in Thumbtack app that specifically state that I need the door jamb repaired, rotten threshold replaced, remolded, re-sealed and re-caulked. I also told Holley I had paint that matched in my garage. As shown in pictures, the ONLY thing Holley did was put a small amount of bondo filler on the door. He did not pick up the discarded door seal, either. I consulted another Thumbtack pro (Trifecta Restoration) who is a door professional. He determined that that I needed the entire pre-hung door to be replaced because the frame was rotted all the way to the jack stud.
I offered Holley a small payment for his time, material and travel, but he refused the offer on multiple occasions.

Avoid this place! Terrible and a big fraud. Beware of this business called Russell’s handyman paid him in full and didn’t complete the door. After promising he was going to come finish the door because it was late and never did. Stopped taking his calls or replying. Russell don’t try to reply this review with lies because u are fraudulent and a big thief! I have to get another company to take out the door again because Russell obviously did a very bad job. He is fraudulent, inconsistent and very bad at the job! Run far away from this business!!

Horrible install job! Horrible paint job! Argued with my dad when he pointed issues out. Very confrontational. Agreed to paint my door but I didnt realize he was bringing his 3 year old granddaughter to paint it.
An installers job is to make sure the job is done right and make it to the customer's liking. He was very defensive and told me via phone that "it's a perfect frame install and you asked me to paint your door, I painted your fucking door!"
You can see from the pictures that it's far from perfect and the paint job is horrendous.
