Would like to have paper receipt left at property. Many times no one is in property during extermination between rental. This will verify entrance and exit of property.

Metro Pest is a savior! I needed last minute, one time service at my rental right before I was about to move out. Every other company I spoke with was charging $200 plus for a one time service and had no availability on the date I needed them. Metro Pest were available at a short notice and delivered the service at half the price others quoted. They arrived on time and delivered hear service. I’d highly recommended them!!

Ed is our "go to guy" for our extermination needs. He has been taking care of our home for over 4 years and we will keep having him as long as he's available to come. He is always on time and takes care of all of our concerns.
