They moved us out of our office into a storage facility 10 minutes apart at the end of May. They were an hour late, even though we told them our office has no AC on Sundays. We had very little stuff (fit in a 10x10 storage space) but they still took almost 2 hours to load because they had to reload the truck 3 times. The 2 Guys that showed up said they weren’t pro movers, and this was a side hustle. In total, it took almost 4 hours to move what it would have taken an experienced moving company 2 hours to do.
The worst part: When we got everything prepared to move the night before, I took pictures of our fridge and microwave to sell on the marketplace. They were both in perfect condition as shown. Fast forward 2 weeks and I have a buyer for both. When we opened the storage space to get the items, the microwave was missing, as in was never put in the storage space, and the fridge had a brand new gigantic gash across the front - photo also shown. I confronted the owner and sent photos but have yet to hear back on a resolution.
Use experienced movers!! It’s worth it! This company cost me way too much money and stress.
