- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are: $75 per hour (2hrs minimum) for 2 Movers $110 per hour (2hrs minimum) for 3 Movers Plus a one time trip fee of $70 applies to all moves, This Quote includes: - 16, 18 and 26 ft box truck - Shrink wrap - Blankets to protect your furnitures - Furniture Disassembly and Reassemble - Equipment to move you safely (Dollies, Tools, straps etc.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our interaction with new customers is very easy and quite simple. We first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date every step of the way. With us, there is no guesswork. You know exactly what is going on around your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We operate a professionally run business, and education and training is a very important part of what we do every day. Our education involves intensive training in our very own University of Property Maintenance, a controlled environment where crews learn real-world application of different concepts in every aspect of what we do, where they receive hands-on training in operating the best commercial equipment in the market, and where shift managers hone skills necessary to ensure each crew maintains the highest quality of service every day. We are experts who collaborate with and learn from other experts in the industry, not just here in the United States but also overseas.
