FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will go above and beyond to thoroughly and accurately diagnose your plumbing problem and provide you with up-front pricing options while striving to meet your pricing expectations. We educate our clients about their problem and put the decision-making power in their hands once we provide possible estimates. We do not charge for an estimate under most circumstances (depending on the extent needed for proper diagnosis). We are continually evaluating our pricebook according to the market and our costs of operations. Our highest priority is to make you happy and confident in your decision to trust us for your plumbing needs!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After making your appointment with our friendly office staff, you will get a call from our dispatcher when your licensed plumbing professional is on his way to your house to let you know when to expect him. He will arrive in van marked with our Blue Frog logo, and dressed in a neat and tidy collared Blue Frog uniform. He will be wearing a mask and gloves as well as shoe covers to make sure no dirt or germs are tracked in your house. He will take all measures necessary to properly diagnose your problem and give you honest feedback about what is needed to fix it. As he inspects the problem, he will access our pricebook on his ipad and begin building possible estimates you can choose depending on how thorough you would like to be with the repairs (permanent or temporary fix/ quality of materials etc). He will then discuss these options with you and make sure your questions are answered and you understand what it will take to fix your problem. If you choose to move forward, you will sign the estimate that you wish to go with and our plumber will perform the work right then. You will receive an emailed copy of your signed estimate right then and a signed invoice after the work has been completed to your satisfaction and payment has been received. Our plumbing professional will clean his work area and head to his next job. You will receive a follow-up call within the next hour to make sure that the job was performed to your satisfaction and the problem has been resolved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our plumbers are fully licensed and have 10+ years of experience in their field.
