- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For handy man services I will provide a hourly rate and/or a daily rate. For larger projects I will price by project. I can include material pricing and purchase on your behalf or you can select and purchase your own materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customers prior to starting the job. This gives us the opportunity review the project, timeline, and expenses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of hands on experience in the construction industry.
