- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing comes with warranty on the work, and commensurate with our experience. While there are cheaper as well as more expensive options, we provide a thorough level of support and make sure customers are satisfied with the results. Customers are the lifeblood of our business. We work for YOU, and we strive to make sure all your needs are met!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always ask them what the issue is, along with questions that help us diagnose the issue. We ask them what their budget is and set expectations on budgeting if need be. Options are important, so that a customer understand that there are various choices.
