United did a great job cleaning and inspecting my fireplace. The price was reasonable and I was extremely happy with the results . If you need your fireplace cleaned or inspected then United is your company.

After reading the reviews, we had high expectations. Technicians were an hour late. Technicians were supposed to clean and provide a quote. They “cleaned” and inspected the fireplace. After providing a quote, technicians left without cleaning after themselves and did not put the cover to chimney back.
We had another contractor take a look at the fireplace, and informed us the chimney was not clean. We told him it was already cleaned and he told us it wasn’t. He said that it wasn’t clean behind the damper and showed us the debris that came from it. The other contractor fixed and cleaned the fireplace half of the cost of All United Home Services. We would not use again.

Tech came in and replaced thermocouple and cleaned the fireplace. The service was great. Tech knew what he was doing. I think the service was expensive compared to previous service we had done.

Vincent was great. Super responsive, great value, and very thorough service. He did cleaning and full inspection of my newly acquired house. I feel much better using my fireplace now. Will definitely use again for future cleanings and highly recommend.

Vincent was on time and very professional. He explained everything to us on how to operate the fireplace, what type of wood to use & how long to let the gas flame stay on. Vincent was quick and took no time to get our fireplace up & working. He did a fantastic job and his prices was great! I would definitely recommend him for any Chimney Cleaning you need. We will call him again when needed.

Very happy with the work I received from Vincent. He was able to diagnose the issue with my gas fireplace and repair it. The valve was old and wasn't holding the pilot light. He did have to order a part and it was installed in less than a week. Clean, professional, on time and polite. He took time to explain everything to me. Couldn't be happier. If you have an old gas fireplace (mine is 18 years old) and need repairs, call him!

I'm very impressed. I have had an awful time finding the right people to do different tasks. Thank goodness I found these guys. They were on time, very professional and went right to work. The fixed some cracks they found and cleaned everything. Our fireplace looks brand new. I highly recommend them for anyone.
