Paolo responded within 10 minutes of my request on a Saturday with my sewer backing up. He arrived on Sunday exactly when he said he would right after church. He snaked the sewer line and fixed the problem within an hour and as stated, waved the service fee and charged me just for fixing my issue. His price is extremely reasonable and far less than a big plumbing company like Ben Franklin or others. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend!
