I would have never said I had an awesome experience with electricians at my home ... but this time was truly an outstanding one-of-a-kind service call. Your initial visit for an estimate was an easy one since you were knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable that my requests were not beyond your company's abilities. I therefore scheduled accordingly with your services and did see a need to call for any other estimates. When your two technicians arrived on time, it was simply a matter of a quick orientation of the projects to replace living room, utility room, and bathroom switches and outlets, floor outlets in two rooms, an indoor ceiling fan, an outdoor ceiling fan, as well as to install a new outdoor light and outdoor outlet for our patio area. The technicians divided up the work and were done in no time. The work areas were kept neat and clean and no follow-up clean up was necessary. Most impressive of all is what I could see; every outlet and switch plate screw was aligned parallel to each other,pointing at a "6 and 12" position. As a dentist, I saw these extra details, and knew I had hired the right electrical service. As we continue to remodel the rest of our home, we look forward to calling you again for your help. I couldn't be more happier with how punctual Dave and his crew were today. I had my AC tune up today along with an electrical quote for a panel upgrade and new lighting at a very fair price...at least $300-$600 less than what I've been getting quoted for the past few days from different companies. Dave and his team are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I will definitely be calling them out for more work. I highly recommend these guys! Thanks Dave

I had 16 recessed can lights installed at my new house and also had some outlets that were not properly installed by the previous electricians,shorted out, which were also repaired. Dave and his team were amazing! They did everything for a great price! Very efficient and knowledgeable! I couldn't be more happy with the work that was done. I have hired Electrician on Call for at least four years and would not hire anyone else. He is reasonably priced, on time and efficient. The house I hired him to totally rewire, has had no problems.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cost to diagnose and repair single circuit issues range between $155-$195. Standard ceiling fan installs $95 for 8-10ft ceilings. We offer year-round discounts to Teachers, Veterans, Active Military, First Responders and Seniors
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We're a family-owned business, and believe in treating everyone with the same level of respect and importance (no matter how big or small the request is). The Owner & Master Electrician Dave personally responds and reviews every request. Our Dispatch Desk and State Licensed Technicians are attentive, and provides excellent customer service to our customers. Our New Customers are automatically given a 10% Discount off their first invoice.

Navy Electrician in Navy Mobile Construction Battalion-7 and License Master Electrician since 2002.
