Robert Brown and Julian Garcia. What a team. I had multiple bids from different businesses, Rooter beat them out. They were courteous, professional, very respectful and awesome to work with. They answered all our questions and were very responsive and upfront. I ordered multiple services and they offered a “while we are here discount”. Meaning they installed a toilet and water heater and saved me money (same price from others who provided a bid without a toilet install). All their bids were in writing via email with stated warranties. Hands down, top notch 5 star service. Before you settle on water heater or a plumbing related install call them. Bids are free. They are flexible. And in the event its a big job, they offer financing through a third party. Interest free. Oh and by the way, I didn’t tell Rooter this, they were up against a home depot bid, and Rooter beat it on price, and product.
