Will was very professional and wonderful at the beginning of the Granite experience. When it got down to it, it was a terrifying experience. We chose a piece of granite out of the trunk of his car, we were assured that was the granite we would be getting. When they came to install and they already installed ONE piece of our countertop I realized that it wasn't the same granite. I put the sample next to the piece they had placed and it was VISIBLY 2 shades darker. I called Will and he stated that the sample was about 6 months old and that Stone changes everyday. Not what I wanted to hear but I just let it go. The day of installation he let us know for the 3rd time that his workers DO NOT do plumbing, we agreed and said we would unhook all plumbing in all necessary places. His workers CUT our piping in our kitchen, his excuse was that they had to do so to fit the kitchen sink. He came to see the damages and he said we could call a plumber and he would come back out if it was something serious. We called a plumber which resulted in a $300 fix for us on a Sunday morning so we could have a WORKING sink. We asked that he wait on his 2nd half of his payment until we handled this and he didnt agree with that so we went ahead and paid him. After further review of the work, the backsplash installers cut a electrical line in our kitchen and we have yet to hear back from him about when this would be handled. I am very happy with the colors in my kitchen but I am not happy with the customer service.
