- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We DO NOT charge a service call to assess the repair or replacement AND our quotes are FREE of charge
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will collect job details from you and set you up in our system. We will contact you and setup an appointment and provide an FREE quote for the needed repairs or replacement. In most cases, once the quote is approved, we can perform the service in the same day. The remaining balance for the work completed work must be paid at the completion of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and insured. We are licensed in plumbing and HVAC.
