We hired Jack to install a new water heater at the house. Jack was awesome! He even helped us pick up the water heater at Lowe's since it didn't fit in our car, and after updating the connections in the house, hauled the old water heater away. I definitely recommend Jack and would hire him again for future projects!

I hired them for replacing a 18 year old electric water heater. The water heater is located in the attic in a two storey home. They did a great job, very responsive, professional and punctual. They installed an expansion tank, an electrical switch right by the tank and a new gate valve for the water heater. Their quote was one of the cheapest from the 3 quotes I received. I will not hesitate to refer or hire them again.

The three-person team arrived on time in a very nice box truck that is essentially a fully-equipped rolling workshop. They got right to work and the install was completed in a timely manner without a hitch. The workmanship and attention to detail was particularly impressive. Both water heaters are working perfectly and I couldn't be happier. Money well spent.

Our tankless water heater got a massive clog in it, resulting in no hot water throughout the house. After a less than stellar experience with another company, I called Weekend Water Heater late that evening and set up an appointment for the morning.
Tim came to the house right on time and took a look at the unit. After I explained the situation he asked some clarifying questions about the type of work I might seek, whether it was limited to repair or would include replacement. We agreed to try a flush and go from there. The flush was unsuccessful.
At this point, the estimate for diagnosing and correcting the problem was starting to become a significant portion of the cost of a new replacement unit. I decided to pursue the replacement. During this process there were no high pressure sales tactics.
Tim left to gather the hardware and came back a little later in the day to complete the install. The workmanship was great! He replaced some copper flex tubing and put in fittings along with new inlet/outlet and service valves. He installed a drain that had been missing with the prior unit.
Later that night we noticed that our master shower had flow issues and also that the exhaust from the water heater would vibrate loudly. Fortunately, after a call to Weekend Water Heater, we got those issues resolved quickly and at no extra cost.
I thought Tim did great work and was super easy to work with.
We got estimates for replacement from two other companies and WWH was the best by a longshot.

We reached out to him for installation of water heater at our condo. Here is what he told “Labor and hauling off old unit runs you 1,500 with new unit. If you just want labor that runs you about 750.00”. This was given to us after I sent some six pictures. But after seeing it he quoted 1500 just for installation and haul away and not the new unit. It was very disappointing that we were misinformed by him wasting a lot of time. We were clearly not told the truth.
