Jesus responded immediately to my inquiry about Carpentry needs. He arranged to quickly meet with me to assess project and gave a fair quote. He worked with us to set date to proceed, was transparent and easy to work with in terms of getting materials, went out of his way to accommodate our preferences and he was promt on the site to begin work. He has a very creative eye, with attention to detail, problem solving intuitiveness and the skills to perform the tasks at hand. He was thoughtful and respectful and we will gladly have him back to complete other projects.

Jesus should get more than 5 stars. He’s prompt, has fair prices, follows through, and gets the job done with high quality. He’s detail oriented, and has great finish work. We have had a lot of Handy Man, and he is by far the best we have ever had. You don’t have to micro manage him. Once he knows what you want, he makes sure that’s what you get.

Jesus Perez of JPM Construction custom built a wrap-around work bench and shelving in my new backyard shed. I had high expectations to begin with, yet Jesus exceeded them all. It is rare to find such a nice young man who obviously takes great pride in his work. The communication was flawless, his estimate was spot-on and he showed when he promised he would. I told him I’m saving his contact info for future projects. Highly recommend!!

Jesus came to my rescue when an unruly guest broke down our door in our condo. He worked from 4pm-12am nonstop putting our doorframe back together, sanding, putty, and painting. He was extremely response and easy to reach and early both times we met. I look forward to working with him in the future!
