It truly drives me crazy when I see all of these freelance sketch designers and or/Professional architects hand over a blue print to the customer and they try so hard to be fancy and make a simple 800 Sq foot finished basement look way more complex or fancy with a bunch of unnecessary lines expressing details that the builder or contractpor only truly understands anyway. GVS knows what you're looking for, your vision, in plain sight, not smoke in mirrors. Those blue prints are always easily availible at the customers leisure from GVS but we know when it comes down to finishing a basement, renovatiiong an entertainment room or backyard etc. The meat and potatoes are what's necessary, realistic drawings of what you, your spouse, your family have dreamed of enjoying. The average builder/Contractor visits the space for an estimate, the customer tells him how he would like things done and then 9 times out of 10 he does what he wants anyway or gives every excuse in the book as to why its not possible to complete. My drawings follow all codes with exact dimensions, basically when the time comes and you're ready to start the project, it will be as easy as handing the builder/contractor a copy of the drawing or simply pressing "Send" emailing or texting him a PDF version of your envisioned desired finish.
