- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide full transparency regarding our pricing schedule for emergency services, for our rebuild services and flooring services we provide a fixed bid rate. All bid rates are valid for 2-weeks due to current volatility of materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new requests are reviewed to determine if we can assist in the services they are seeking, during this request we confirm the property ownership using tax records, once ownership has been confirmed we will schedule either an onsite evaluation or a virtual evaluation and at which time we will collect all the necessary data to speak to a solution intelligently.
