Susan D. says, "I wish I could choose all 5 qualities about what I liked, but you are limited to 3 items so include value and responsiveness in there too. Knowledgeable and respectful is in the mix too. I had a leak in my shower & soon discovered a major problem with mold. Within 3 days, the flooring has been cut out & replaced, new planks laid, a new shower stall put in and everything is wonderful. He replaced my sink and other things. I also had my gas water heater replaced since we were on borrowed time with it. I've had about 3 people look at a problem with the seamless gutters leaking right over my French doors and was told nothing could be done but replace them. They had a fix for that also. I guess there isn't anything they can't fix. Shannon and his son Shannon Jr are of rare quality today. I felt comfortable the first time I met him and the quality of work was outstanding. They took pride in everything they touched, and then some. They will be the only ones I call now when I need help."See more
