I was very impressed how quickly he responded and was able to show up the same day within 3 hours. The faucet issue was not an immediate issue but I was pleased with this quick response. Mark is very friendly and wants to do a great job. He was very good in explaining what he had encountered while doing repairs and advising what was needed. I would hire him again.

I initially hired Richards Construction for what I thought was a leaking pipe in my basement. While this would have been an expensive project, Mark diagnosed the issue, informed me that the leak was caused by a much simpler issue under the toilet and was able to fix everything that same day. Highly recommend!

I kid you not, I have couple cracked pipes that needed to be replaced and with in minutes of submitting an inquiry I was called. You don't get too many people that's attentive like that now a days.
