I contacted them on Christmas morning, fully expecting it to be a long process of finding the right plumber that goes into the new year - he called me immediately however, and said that he could be by in less than an hour. He was punctual, professional and very effective! I had two plumbing issues (show draining shower upstairs and a toilet that didn't flush downstairs) that has been plaguing us for MONTHS and he fixed them in less than two hours.
