He arrived that afternoon, quickly assessed the situation; installed the breakers and also alerted me to the fact that no ground wire existed in the damp basement, which was essential to meet building code. Even before he began the work, he assisted the other contractors onsite, whose truck battery died when they were leaving. Romino without hesitation, provided a jump to their battery to get them on the road! His fees are in line with current electrical contractors.
