Josh was amazing!!! We had a leak in our basement due to a mistake on the companies end. We were very frustrated and had issues with the call center when we called in for help. Josh elevated all of our concerns/issues to the appropriate person. The company took full responsibility for the leak and Josh had us set up with a restoration team the next day! He answered all our questions and put our minds at ease. Josh restored our faith with the company and did a great job from beginning to end!
