- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard business portraits start at $199 and include two (2) high-resolution, retouched digital images, which you will select from a gallery featuring at least 25 of the top images from your 30 minute session. Additional packages and group sessions also are available, with exponential discounts based on time and images needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we set an appointment, I'll send you a Q&A which will allow me to learn what style of photo you want and how it will be used. We'll discuss wardrobe, and will discuss professional hair and makeup, should you be interested in working with one of my talented stylists. At your session, it's my job to make sure you (or your team) are as comfortable and, dare I say, have as much fun as we can manage! I know most people hate the idea of having their headshots taken, so I'm going to do my best to ensure you have the best experience, as well as the best photos, that we can create.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to becoming a photographer, I spent 17 years as the owner of a PR & Marketing firm catering to Inc. 500 businesses. Your headshots, therefore, will be created with brand consistency and marketing application in mind. That means we'll talk about colors, mood, negative space (for typography) and other details that will ensure you can make the most use of your photos once they are in your hands.
