I started practicing yoga in 2016 while living in Austin, Tx. I was initially drawn to the breathwork and meditation. My practice first consisted of online videos or self practice at Zilker Park. It quickly became my passion and my safe space for body, mind and soul. I moved to the PNW in Jan 2018 and have felt home ever since. I completed my yoga certification in Dec 2018 and immediately began teaching in studios and to private groups, which I continue to do today.
I practice and teach Restorative, Calm, Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa and Yin. I can also integrate pranayama and meditation. Whether you are looking for a calm and meditative practice or a more energized and dynamic practice to shake it out, you will leave your mat with an open heart and a calm mind.
I guide private and small group sessions whether it be for a wedding wknd, friends trip or any occasion. We can meet in studio, at an event location, in home or even outside when weather permits.
