- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is extremely competitive. We’ve personally tested our pricing model against a lot of the big name flooring companies for product and installation. Bc of this we don’t offer discounts, our every day price is very competitive. Be sure when getting multiple quotes to compare “like” products as some quotes may be lower bc of an inferior product.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process includes a call, video chat or in-person consultation to understand the needs of the customer and the scope of the project. From there we get deeper into the products, showing samples that we can bring on site or show during a video chat. From there we move to scheduling the install, taking deposit, and ordering the product (if needed). Personal cell phone numbers are given to our customers to reach us 7 days a week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides the basic training administered by the state to become a licensed contractor, 10+ years of learning the tricks of the trade.
