Bought my hardwood flooring (separately) and let it sit in the house for several days. He communicated when a crew was available and arranged for the dates/times. Demolition was as quick as I expected (removing old carpet and whatnot). Crew was polite, as unobtrusive as possible and did a very good job. My floors look amazing (and there were a couple fiddly bits). Their attention to detail was exactly what I wanted. I am extremely happy with the job they did. Would absolutely use them again.
