I called to ask about removal of yellow jacket nests attached to the eaves of the house. The owner graciously provided a lot of information about the extermination process and the chemicals he planned to use. The after-effects sounded relatively safe to bees, birds, wild animals and us. He gave a fair quote for the work, which was exactly what he charged when he finished. There's a 90-day warranty on his work, too, which is reassuring and very likely unnecessary.
