- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a small business, we not only want your business... we need it! Our pricing is very competitive for the amount of service we provide and the skill level of our technicians. We can always beat the price or service of other competitors in the area. It is just too good to pass up!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I do a lot of bed bug jobs and recently I treated an entire house for less than half the price they were expecting. I have never heard of anyone treating homes as thoroughly as I do, that whole house treatment took 5 hours! When it comes to bed bugs, I don't take any chances- and my treatments are so effective I have never had to come back a second time.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You usually get what you pay for. Most people try to find the cheapest service possible, but that's exactly what they get- a "cheap" service. If you are going to spend money to get rid of pests, you might as well get a great service for a good price- and that is where I try to be. Hands down I do more than anyone else, and my prices are very affordable.
