- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price all of my projects on: - Time commitment (i.e. shooting, driving, and editing) - Distance - I require a deposit of at least 30% of the total price prior to any session. - 15% off a Newborn session is included with all Maternity Sessions - 10% off for you and a friend when referred.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers I first arrange an introductory meeting; where they can get to know a bit more about me, and I can get to know a bit more about them (what their interests are, what kind of music they like, details of the event, etc.). Following this meeting, I require a non-refundable deposit. The next meeting we arrange is for the day of the shoot. The door for communication is always open leading up to the shoot, so we can discuss vision and ideas of how the customer wants the images to look and/or feel. Following the shoot, the customer will receive a link to a dropbox with all the watermarked raw images from the shoot. They can select the agreed on number of images for me to edit, and in two weeks they will receive another link of the edited images. Once I receive full payment, the customer will have full release of the images and they will receive prints and/ or a digital copy of all the images.

I have worked greatly with local models, musicians, insurance agencies, marketing agencies, and non-profit organizations.
