Called to have service done on a very slow tub drain. Jim was very genuine, professional, and knowledgeable. This is an old house and took a lot of work but everything was done perfectly! He was very honest and very transparent in the process. I can honestly say this was the most comfortable and at ease I’ve ever felt with someone in my home. He was very kind and so open about everything. I actually enjoyed the time he was here. I will absolutely be hiring this company in the future for various things still in need of repair or replacing. And I will definitely be recommending to everyone I know.
