We were very pleased with both Jim and Mike. We had an issue come up that needed same day repair and Jim was able to come out within an hour and made the repair and explained everything to us. We also had Mike for a scheduled service and he was very professional and conscientious. We were very pleased with both of them and would highly recommend.

Although I did not end up having to hire Oceanus Plumbing, it was because the contractor was up front and extremely honest about my issue and how I could actually resolve it rather easily myself. That kind of honesty at the cost of not making money is what not only prompted me to write this review but to also look to them FIRST for any future plumbing needs!

Called to have service done on a very slow tub drain. Jim was very genuine, professional, and knowledgeable. This is an old house and took a lot of work but everything was done perfectly! He was very honest and very transparent in the process. I can honestly say this was the most comfortable and at ease I’ve ever felt with someone in my home. He was very kind and so open about everything. I actually enjoyed the time he was here. I will absolutely be hiring this company in the future for various things still in need of repair or replacing. And I will definitely be recommending to everyone I know.
