Your Interest Becomes My Interest (TM)
Regards, Ed-
Winkleman Home Services is owned and operated by myself, Ed Winkleman. I have been working since the age of 8 years old. I start washing windows with my dad on weekends. Fast forward to high school where I started my actual construction background with siding, roofing and paving for multiple summers. Eventually, this leads me to move to Columbus and start my 10 years+ in the HVAC profession. It then shortly lead me to product management at the Home Depot and eventually into the Home Inspection profession. All while still doing construction type interests along the way. A wide arrange of things, too many to mention. I officially started my own contracting business and received my licenses through the state of Ohio. I did this to help diversify my business model and knowledge base to ALL of my customers, including some past inspection clients. I have grown to develop some amazing relationships including; specific honest real estate agents who really understand the aspect of quality and honest services to clients for long term investment; multiple investor who share the same belief as myself and want to provide a quality product while still making money; most importantly, past clients or homeowners who continue to use me multiple times. I have to sleep at night and know that what work or service I have completed will stand the test of time. As far as the contracting aspect of things, I tend to take more time setting out expectations and the reality of any construction project. From start to finish, I give my clients a base goal of time, materials and cost, etc. I let the client know that I am interviewing them as well as I encourage them to interview me! This is not a fast food place where if you order a hamburger, that is just it. Every client and project is different. I do not work for them; I work with them as they work with me. I work on every project or inspection in life as if it were my own family’s house. Therefore, I do not take on all and every job or service that is asked of me. There is plenty of work to go around in this world for all professions and I do not nor have never claimed to know everything that is ridiculous.
The bottom line is that I try to do a great job for a fair price.See more
