Highly recommend Fernando! Wonderful full service contractor. I was originally having only the floors done, but mentioned other projects and he could do everything I needed. The bathroom remodel was perfect. New doors, trim, baseboard, and house painting including cathedral ceilings. The timeframe for completion was exceptional and right on target. I can’t cay enough about this contractor. He managed his crew expertly. His crew were dedicated, talented, and carried out each project expertly. I will be using him for all my house projects. Already have a few in the works.

They did a very good transformation of our one car garage into a bright professional art studio involving new roof with skylights, new casement window. One fixed and one operable door, finished walls and ceiling with insulation . They also built a small front porch according to our drawings.

I hired Cabrera Property to install flooring on a flight of stairs and shoe molding on 2000 sqft of lvp. What made this project a challenge was that no one was living in the home and access to the home was performed remotely. Mr. Cabrera’s crew showed up daily when they were expected. And the estimate of the project schedule was maintained. Communication was pivotal to confirm my confidence and happened routinely. I have not seen (in person) the work that was performed yet. Video indicates a quality job. Cabrera Properties was entrusted with my possessions. I will see the job in person in September 2023. If there is any reason to adjust my review, I will. Today, if I had additional work to perform I would not hesitate to contact them.

Fernando's cabinet crew showed up a little ahead of schedule. Even though this was a fairly small job his crew did great work. They installed 3 lower cabinets, end cabinet wall, and filler between the wall and upper cabinet in about an hour. They were level and square and even added a few pieces I didn't think about to make sure that the counter top thats coming will be supported correctly. I am looking to possibly hire them for our LVP flooring soon.
