They did a very good transformation of our one car garage into a bright professional art studio involving new roof with skylights, new casement window. One fixed and one operable door, finished walls and ceiling with insulation . They also built a small front porch according to our drawings.

Highly recommend Fernando! Wonderful full service contractor. I was originally having only the floors done, but mentioned other projects and he could do everything I needed. The bathroom remodel was perfect. New doors, trim, baseboard, and house painting including cathedral ceilings. The timeframe for completion was exceptional and right on target. I can’t cay enough about this contractor. He managed his crew expertly. His crew were dedicated, talented, and carried out each project expertly. I will be using him for all my house projects. Already have a few in the works.

I would highly recommend Cabrera Property Homes. Fernando was great at communicating with me about the project and was open to changes to the contract when I asked. He was aware of the required installation process of my bamboo flooring. The crew did a wonderful job. They were punctual, efficient, attended to detail and their work was excellent. I would use them again without hesitation. I really appreciated working with the whole team.
