Courteous and professional technicians. Prompt service and arrives as scheduled on time. Any concerns are promptly addressed. Customer satisfaction is important to them. If any problems or issues occur or resurface before the next scheduled service, contact customer service. A technician will be scheduled to return to take care of the issue. Very satisfied with this company.

I've had this service for quite a while and am very pleased with the company. They let me know a few days in advance of their arrival when they will be there and the technician sends a text when they are on the way. They are very respectful of property and always friendly.

Michael was excellent! The last pest control we had (Quality Pest Control) were here roughly ten minutes, while Michael spent over an hour. He did more than a thorough job, scrubbing the outside, spraying every nook of the house, and even sprayed under our dishwasher! He explained everything in a simple digestible manner, and seemed to know the answer to all my questions. 5/5 please hire Michael if you want quality work done!! Thank you!!!

We are currently offering the first pest control service for only $10. We have a number of discounts available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first inspect your home to make sure that we know which areas to target the most. We will keep records of treatments and we also offer free retreatments in case the problem persists.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are licensed through the state of Ohio, and they also receive monthly training.
