They need to qualify the customer and to be more concerned about fitting consumer into the right product, not about the most expensive item they could sell. This left a bad taste in my mouth.

Most of our customers are qualified through our zero percentage financing with Wells Fargo for up to 72 months. Customer are definitely encouraged to go through there financial institution if that is not an option for them.. Also we offered you 3 options we felt were best for someone setting up an A/C unit for the very first time. The pricing at Global Heating and Cooling are competitive HVAC industry wise . We recommend products that you will be happy to own as long as you own your home short term or long term, Consumers are proud of the products we offer that are built to last .

Company refused to give me an assessment in writing of A/C issues. Just automatically pushed buying a new unit for $6,000 with 2 years of interest free financing. Tech took a few pictures declined to try to fix or try find source of leak. After several phone calls pushing me to buy the new unit. I stated if you do not give me an assessment in writing of my issue I will under no circumstance just agree to shell out $6000. Company stated they will put it in writing, but did not. Researched issue they stated got a second company to review check the A/C and they advised it can be leak can be fixed and it will not take $3,000 as this company suggested to fix a leak. Units last 15-20 years with good maintenance. This unit is has been maintained well, covered the entire winter and this was its first maintenance call for the season.
