They need to qualify the customer and to be more concerned about fitting consumer into the right product, not about the most expensive item they could sell. This left a bad taste in my mouth.

Customer are definitely encouraged to go through there financial institution if that is not an option for them.. Also we offered you 3 options we felt were best for someone setting up an A/C unit for the very first time. The pricing at Global Heating and Cooling are competitive HVAC industry wise .
