DLS Construction did what he promised. He installed my exterior door and frame in a timely fashion. I contacted him on Wednesday through thumb tack. Emailed back and forth. Came by on Sunday to view the basement exterior door. Tuesday the door was placed. He did really great work. I would hire him again. Thank you Evie

Paul is a true delight. Came in the very next day to check out the job, gave me a very fair quote to install 5 doors/frame, and got to work the same week. Even though my apartment has significant structural issues which made the job tedious Paul kept a positive attitude and got creative to make sure that all 5 of my doors were perfectly aligned and functional. I had these doors installed late December and they have been working perfectly. Paul is very friendly and helpful. I just moved into to this apartment and not only did Paul help me fix some things he noticed but he gave me very valueable tips/info while he was here. His prices are very fair and it is pleasant to have someone work on your home that actually enjoys his craft. I have a couple other projects for the apartment and Paul will be my first choice for them. Thank you, highly recommended!

I originally hired him for interior door with frame installation. He made sure everything was installed correctly. I hired him again to install drainage in the back of my house and build a new retaining wall. The price was very reasonable and the quality was good.

Anthony was absolutely amazing!!! I had someone install doors for me a couple a months ago and they did a horrible job. I hired Anthony to fix them for me and I am beyond pleased!! I had accepted Richard's offer to install my door. He came on time, was very professional and cleaned up after the job was done. There were even instances he made runs to Home Depot just to get the job done right. My new door looks great.
I now have him redoing doing my living room ceiling which had to be ripped out because of a really bad leak from the top floor bathroom. This type of project takes several days to do right because of the many layers of plaster needed to get the ceiling smooth and he did just that. He's coming tomorrow to finish up with paint, pretty excited to get my living room back.
One more thing I wanted to add, while my ceiling was broken up I figured it would be the best time to get my thermostats re-wired. I live in a 2 floor home (not including basement) and for some odd reason, the thermostat on the 1st floor controlled only heat and the thermostat on the 2nd floor controlled only AC. I showed Richard and he ran the proper wires so I could have everything controlled on one thermostat. This was another job he did for me which he did great, he ran all the wires within the walls of my home. Hopefully he can be my go to guy for my home repairs and renovations.
