I had very specific requirements around where I wanted the network and coax drops and how I wanted the wires run. (Specifically, I wanted all wires run in the walls, not on the outside of the house like your cable TV tech would do it.) Cismycro was able to accommodate all of these requests and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy.
This wiring job requires opening holes in the interior walls to complete properly. They made sure I understood it was necessary (great communication!) Although, wall repair was not included in the initial quote, they were able to provide an additional contractor that could fix the walls for an additional fee (which I appreciated.)
The construction of the house was difficult and they handled this professionally. In order to get the wiring channel setup between the basement and attic, there was a challenging section where getting through the beams required special tools and patience. Cismycro handled it without much trouble.
There were even some changes to the job (at my request), and they handled it all. I needed a cellular antenna mounted on the exterior, as well as modifying the locations of some of the jacks.
