Hello. My name is N. Wayne Douglas, founder of SECURIA USA LLC. We are an electronic security systems company that offers quality at an affordable price. Our motto is "You are our assessors, we are not satisfied until you are." SECURIA USA is born out of a need to make security and communication accessible to everyone. After working for a particular company that offer similar services and noticing how they treat their clients and their lack of flexibility, I decide that I must make a difference. I started in this industry almost 15 years ago operating another company in the Caribbean. I have developed a strong customer base built on trust, ethics, and excellent customer service. Moving to the United States, I brought the same model and concepts to you.

I recently hired Wayne to install wired security cameras at my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. Unlike other professionals who pushed for wireless options or suggested using unsightly conduits that would have damaged my home's exterior, Wayne truly listened to my preferences. He delivered exactly what I wanted with professionalism and attention to detail. Wayne addressed every concern I had, provided tremendous value, and exceeded my expectations. Wayne was amazing! Due to my situation, he came out the same day, advised what was needed, quoted us a great price and returned the next day to install. Took him less than 2 hours and cameras are now fully functional. I will be hiring him again to install additional cameras. Very friendly, professional & knowledgeable.
