Hello. My name is N. Wayne Douglas, founder of SECURIA USA LLC. We are an electronic security systems company that offers quality at an affordable price. Our motto is "You are our assessors, we are not satisfied until you are." SECURIA USA is born out of a need to make security and communication accessible to everyone. After working for a particular company that offer similar services and noticing how they treat their clients and their lack of flexibility, I decide that I must make a difference. I started in this industry almost 15 years ago operating another company in the Caribbean. I have developed a strong customer base built on trust, ethics, and excellent customer service. Moving to the United States, I brought the same model and concepts to you.

Nigel is simply the best of the best! His commitment to customer satisfaction is truly second to none! What was supposed to be a quick 15-20 minute job to connect my Ring camera turned into a 3+ hour deep dive into troubleshooting every aspect of the camera from connectivity, to fixing wiring issues done by previous service providers (who cut corners), and making sure that everything was perfect. Instead of cutting corners or giving up, Nigel went above and beyond—patiently diagnosing the issue, problem-solving every roadblock, and even making a trip to Home Depot to ensure everything was set up perfectly. His knowledge and expertise were evident every step of the way, and his dedication to getting the job done right is unmatched. There is no task too big or small for Nigel—he won’t leave until everything is working flawlessly. If you want someone who genuinely cares about quality service, Nigel is the one to call. I had an extremely positive experience working with this company. Above all you can tell they love what they do, and they were able to work with us to get Unifi security cameras installed at a warehouse. The job turned out to be more complicated than originally planned, but they were able to accommodate, share their expertise, and ultimately solve the issues we came across. Had a great experience working with Wayne / Securia! I knew nothing about security cameras, but Wayne helped me make good decisions and explained to me all of the various options. He was accommodating with my schedule, had good communication throughout, and was very thorough with his work. He installed several exterior cameras that needed hard wiring - working outside in the cold and rain, determined on getting the job done. He was meticulous with his work and then patiently showed me how to access and adjust the camera, replay footage, and set recording and notifications for optimal security and the last amount of hassle. His pricing was extremely fair and professionalism top notch! Highly, highly recommend!

Wayne from Securia LLC was great from start to finish. I needed a security doorbell installed and to remove my previous one. He was very responsive, extremely reasonable with pricing, efficient, friendly and attentive to my concerns and questions. He had all required tools needed to get the job done and was on it! He was in and out in less than a half hour and ensuring I was comfortable with the finished product prior to his departure. Very professional. I will be working with him soon on other projects. Great company.
