I've been working in the Pest Control industry for over 10 years now. I started off working for a few companies until I was able to start my own business. I'm very thorough and clean. I take my time on any job to eliminate the problem properly and efficiently. I'll treat your home as if it was my own. To eliminate pest problems my procedure is as follows: Looking behind all major appliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer) Also in cabinets, closets and around baseboard heating and radiators. I couldn’t recommend Mike enough for a professional who is committed to solving your pest issues. Mike was able to arrive at my home within a few hours of my initial outreach and did a thorough inspection for possible entry points of pests and found quite a few past exterminators had missed. When our issue didn’t resolve itself after his first visit, he continued to stay in touch on the activity we were seeing in the home and revisited our home (free of charge) to do another walk through and assessment, providing additional recommendations and actions of how to remedy the problem. I wildly appreciate how communicative and proactive Mike is on helping us solve our problem. I’ve recommended him to other tenants in our building and will recommend him here whole heartedly as well.

Mike from Bak Off Pest Control is a lifesaver and pest killer! He was able to come checkout my apartment same day after I heard some rodent activity. Long story short no more anxiety or worry of any mouse thanks to Bak Off Pest Control. Long story: Mike was quick at replying to my request and was even able to show up same day. He came ready to take on the job with his own tools and cleaning supplies as well. He even took the trash with him. He was knowledgeable about pests and gave me some tips. He did a thorough assessment of the apartment checking every nook and cranny and even climbed up in behind the stove to find the culprit!! It was a big hole in the wall behind the stove. He sealed them up quick and set up traps. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable, LGBTQ+ friendly, and made the whole process great. I actually called up Bak Off Pest Control because my best friend recommended them after they had a similar incident and I’m happy with the results.

Michael is efficient and thorough. Holes big enough for rodents to enter or exit were clogged - even in hard to reach areas like behind the refrigerator. He set traps like bait stations and glue boards in safe places then followed up in-person after the initial visit.

New or existing customers all get treated the same way. I spend as much time needed in the home to find the source of the problem to eliminate it.

I took classes to get my pesticide license and learned how to eliminate pests properly. I've worked for a few companies before starting my own business.
