- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a set price list for our varying service plans, but we also offer customized service plans to our customers, so that they have a larger menu of options to choose from. This also helps our customers get the most for their money...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to interview potential customers over the phone to try to determine what the exact target pest is. Then from there we schedule an appointment to perform an inspection, & in most cases we can complete the service the same day should the customer decide to work with us. I inform all of our customers what to expect from the first step to the last. That's one of the biggest mistakes I've seen is Technicians fail to inform their customers as to what to expect through this process...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. I have gone through countless hours of classroom training to obtain these licenses, & many more hours of recertification classes to keep these licenses. In this industry there is a constant "continued education" protocol that we as Pest Control Operators must stay current in. I currently have nearly 14 years of direct field experience dealing with pests of all kinds. Large, or small, I'm sure I've seen it before...
