Introduction
We train in traditional Pak Mei (white eyebrow) kung fu, including hand sets, classical Chinese weaponry, iron body, hei gong, applications and contact sparring.
Master Kwong Man Fong is one of the very few 5th generation inheritors of the system, and has been teaching in NYC since 1974.
