Had an amazing self-defense lesson with Coach Reinaldo, and it was awesome! I was running late, but Coach Reinaldo was super cool and flexible about it, which made the whole experience feel stress-free.
Coach Reinaldo was not only patient but also a great explainer. He didn't just show me the moves; he broke them down and explained why we should do things a certain way, which made the session really engaging and educational.
What's cool about Coach Reinaldo is that he aims to give you maximum value, even if you can only do one session. He made sure I understood the techniques well and left feeling more confident.
I'm definitely gonna recommend Coach Reinaldo to my friends and anyone looking for self-defense training. He's a fantastic instructor who genuinely cares about his students, and after just one session, I feel much more informed about self-defense.
