Manny is fantastic, I worked with him for over a year and have never been stronger. I'm over 50 and needed to build muscle to avoid injury and bone loss and Manny designed a specific weight training and strengthening program which built up and evolved over time. He's tremendously knowledgeable, experienced and kind, and with a great sense of humor. Great results, great guy!!
