My experience with this photographer at our recent corporate event was highly disappointing and has led me to advise strongly against hiring him for professional engagements. Despite having a clear written agreement outlining specific video and photo deliverables, the execution was far from satisfactory.
Firstly, the video deliverables promised to us were never provided, which was a significant letdown. The photos, while eventually delivered, were so delayed that we missed crucial marketing deadlines that were aligned with our corporate strategy. Such delays have not only caused frustration but have also had a tangible negative impact on our marketing efforts.
Communication—or the lack thereof—was another major issue. This photographer was extremely difficult to reach and did not communicate effectively throughout the process, leaving us in the dark about the status of our deliverables. It became apparent that he might be handling these assignments part-time, which could explain the lack of professional focus and commitment that one would expect for a corporate event.
Due to these issues, we are now faced with additional legal costs to enforce the agreement, a scenario that could have been avoided with a more reliable service provider. This experience strongly suggests that this photographer is not equipped to handle the specific needs of corporate events.

Dag is great to work with! He was early to our (corporate networking) event, professional, took great photos for us, and provided a fast turnaround with digital copies for our use.

I could have included responsiveness and value too. Marijuana was all of these things, which made my corporate event less hectic. She took lots of photos, got the shots I needed her to get and was easy to work with. Definitely recommend her and if I'm back in NYC for another event, I will call her!

Wonderful and amazing! I hired Mirian to photograph a corporate event at The Penn Club in New York City that included three key note speakers and 100 attendees. It was very last minute. She was responsive and offered a competitive quote. She arrived at the venue on time and was efficient and professional. Before the event, I provided her with a shot request list and she executed that exactly, providing me with over 200 quality photos of the event. I highly recommend Mirian and look forward to working with her again.

Kevin did a great job capturing a corporate event I hosted this summer. He was right on time and subtle in his approach, taking great photos of our guests during a speaking engagement and networking without disrupting the event. We hosted the same corporate rebrand unveiling event in 3 cities, Humberto (on video) and his counterpart (on photo) were by far the best we worked with. Humberto was able to encourage our guests to do testimonials, and this was something the other videographers (hired for the other events) were unsuccessful at. He nailed the video recap, it highlighted exactly what we needed and our story really came across all thanks to the testimonials and his editing skills. Humberto is a real pro.
The photographer understood what was important to capture and the photos turned out beautifully.

We hired Vincent for a 2-day business conference for high powered executives. Although he said he didn't have any corporate event experience, we decided to take a chance because a) his portfolio was amazing, b) he took the time to meet us at the venue before the event and seemed genuinely interested asking important questions about the flow of the event and audience profile, and c) his rate was very reasonable! Well, I will say that we definitely got what we paid for and much much more. Vincent is an incredible photographer with a great eye for detail. He's very personable and knows how to engage people in a way that results in stunning group shots. And, importantly, he gives a 110% effort to make sure you're happy with his work product. I highly recommend Vincent for any event, professional or personal.
