Introduction

Real kickboxing will get you fit, but fitness kickboxing can’t teach you how to fight. I’m a firm believer in providing the complete package. 23 years of experience both inside and outside of the ring as a fighter and coach has given me the tools needed to provide my students and clients with training that will meet their needs and then some. I’m not good with children I’m GREAT with children! My children class starts as young as 4 years old. Strength, conditioning, weight loss, and self defense are what I bring to the table. The gym I work from is located Brighton Beach. However if you want to train outdoors, or have a gym where you reside I am more than willing to travel anywhere in Brooklyn or lower Manhattan. At this time I am only accepting clients for morning or early afternoon. Also I’m not pro or Anti Vaccination but I am fully vaccinated and can provide proof upon request.

I took the group and private sessions with Miguel. It was motivating and I got into shape very quickly.The lessons were fun, where I learned new skills and felt distressed punching bags after a long day at work. I felt both physical and emotional benefits after working out. Definitely would recommend him as a personal trainer to anyone!

The standard rate is $80 for a one hour session. The client can purchase a 10 pack of sessions for $650 which a $15 discount per session.

First I ask my clients what their goals are. Second I ask if they have any physical problems that they my effect their training, Third I put routines together that works around my clients goals and physical being.
