I was looking for a balloon arch for my baby’s first birthday party. I was more than happy with how ours turned out. She was on time, super nice, asked how I liked things, always checked in with me if she had questions. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs balloon decorations for their events.

Genese was AMAZING. She decorated a balloon arch for our baby shower. She was responsive, receptive to our ideas, and even gave suggestions. Genese delivered the arch on time to the venue, gave updates to her delivery and pickup, and was on time to pick up materials from the venue. We would 100% use Genese's services again

Crys and team were absolutely amazing. I was stressed out about the event and came to thumbtack less than a couple of weeks. I sent her pictures of the venue, gave her the color scheme then she took it from there. She was easy to work with, professional and made the day of the event so seamless. She set up when she said she would and I arrived at the event utterly stunned by the quality of work. She created a balloon wall that captured the guests eyes on entry, a stunning accent table with "Alexis 30th" spelled out and balloon centerpiece; lastly she decorated all of the tables with shimmer gold tablecloths. All of which were above and beyond expectations.
She came promptly back at midnight (the event end time) to clean up the space. I honestly have only positive things to say! I would definitely hire Crys for future events.

Jasmine was an absolute PLEASURE to work with and I cannot stress it enough! She help me in the nick of time to help with the balloon decor for my son‘s first birthday party with such fast response times! I had a lot of requests, for several garlands, & she was able to compete & accommodate me for every single one! On the day of set up, she was nothing but a amazing! She worked quickly, produced beautiful, beautiful garland set ups, and was just an overall very kind person. She will 100% officially be my go-to person when planning events! Book her! You will be beyonddddd satisfied!

The review feature on the Thumbatack app only lets you choose three highlights but if I could have chosen all five qualities (work, quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value and punctuality) I would have! This is by far the BEST decorating company I have ever worked with.
I was at a loss and had mostly given up on the idea of decorations for my daughter's baptism when Sophie and I connected. She was super responsive and provided me with a quote the same day we connected. As my vision grew, along with Sophie's wonderful suggestions, she kept me updated with all price changes. She was the only person who completely captured my vision for my daughter's baptism, which had a spring time boho floral theme. Payment was super easy as well! She was totally flexible and willing to go the extra ten miles, especially as I had some last minute requests. Everything Sophie did was beautifully executed- she made me feel seen and heard and totally took the stress of planning a big party away.
Sophie is a true professional. She met with me twice in person to see the venue, kept me updated at every turn and put together a truly beautiful backdrop and balloon garland. I could go on for days about how wonderful Sophie and her work are. I know I will recommend her to all my friends and family. Once again, this is by far the best decorating company!
