His communication was precise and clear. He was respectful and listened to us before he proceeded to fix the issue . He gave us all the information we needed. The way that he explained the issues to us gave us better understanding of how he was going to fix it. Overall he was excellent and I must say he did a fantastic job and I would recommend him to anyone work quality was excellent.
