- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are veteran-owned and operated and offer discounts to veteran’s and first responders. Our pricing is based on the project and will require a free on-site appointment to provide an accurate estimate. We usually are priced in the middle compared to competitors as we focus on providing the best value with a strong warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we connect, we set up an appointment with a rep. You will receive reminders for all appointments confirmed. Our rep will review the project step by step and consult on the project needs to ensure we will provide a proper home solution. One of crews is assigned to you and will review the project before and after installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We provide year-round training and have programs made from our apprentices to our professionals. We are constantly training as we continue to master our craft. An apprentice usually goes through 6 months of training and are supervised by our foreman.
