I am very pleased with the work I have had done so far. They responded promptly to my request, and were prepared with cost and time estimates, unlike other furniture refinishers in the Albany, NY area. I had them add casters and fix the drawer of an antique porcelain-topped table that I plan to use as a kitchen island and add shelves to a small wood wall cabinet that I use for spices, work I could not do myself without damaging the pieces. They did what I asked, respected my priorities, and chose casters that match the piece. I was moving at the time; they were accommodating of this, and, because of their timely response, helped me decide what I was going to keep. I am trusting them with a larger more complex piece. Punctuality was not an issue.
