Hourly vs. Flat Rate: Customers know that some services are billed hourly while others have a flat rate. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During this initial conversation, we gather essential information about the customer's needs, the type of maintenance services they require, and details about their property. Then, we schedule an on-site assessment at a time that is convenient for the customer. This allows us to evaluate their home and understand the scope of work needed. After the assessment, we prepare a detailed written estimate outlining the recommended services, necessary materials, labor costs, and timelines.
