The customer service personnel over the phone was exceptional and responsive in the way he listened to my concerns and helped me schedule an appointment right away. I was able to get a technician over to my home to install my tankless water heater in no time! My favorite part of my experience was that the process was seamless and hassle free! Personally, I like to know the details before hiring anyone to work on my home. The technicians are very professional from beginning to end and walked me through the pricing and all of my payment options. They took their time to offer me valuable insight on the benefits of my new tankless water heater. (My tankless water heater was the best purchase I made in 2024 so far! ) I was having such trouble with my ordinary water heater. Uncle E’s technicians went above and beyond installing my tankless heater making sure I got the best of the best when it came to purchasing my new water heater. I felt valued seen and heard from the entire Uncle E family. It is so difficult to find honest plumbing companies in the valley that are transparent about their prices and quality of the product they install in your home. I want only the best! Arthur arrived right on time and even covered his shoes before entering the house. He was professional, clean, and efficient. He explained everything he was doing, and I was impressed by how quietly he worked—even with everyone in the house still asleep. To my surprise, the final cost came in $40 under the initial quote!
